Palimap is a service of Go Be Strong LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf. We keep collection minimal.

What we collect

Account: your email address, to sign you in (we use one-time links, so we don't store passwords), and a display name if you set one. Your content: the Lenses, scenarios, imported layers, and city suggestions you create. Payments: if you subscribe, our payment processor collects your payment details — we never see or store your card number. Usage: basic product analytics (pages viewed) to understand how the Service is used. Technical: standard server logs and error reports to keep the Service running and secure.

How we use it

To provide and operate the Service, sign you in, process subscriptions, display the maps and Lenses you create or open, communicate with you about your account, understand and improve the product in aggregate, and keep the Service secure and reliable.

Who processes data for us

We rely on a small set of trusted providers, each handling data only to provide their service to us:

Supabase (database, authentication, file storage; hosted on AWS)
Vercel (application hosting and delivery)
Stripe (payments and subscription billing)
PostHog (US-hosted product analytics)
Sentry (error monitoring)
An email provider for sign-in links and, for cities on Public Works, report intake

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and limited local storage for preferences (like which map layers you had open). Our analytics capture pageviews and do not build advertising profiles; anonymous visitors are not given a persistent person profile. We don't sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

Your choices

You can edit your display name, delete your Lenses and scenarios, and delete your account (which removes your profile and the content you own) from your account settings. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below. Reading a published map requires no account and leaves no account record.

Security & retention

We use reputable infrastructure and reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations; backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Children

The Service isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
